TO START WITH,I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BIKE FOR A WHILE AND JUST NEVER FOUND THE ONE. I WENT TO MIKE BRUNO'S IN BATON ROUGE AND WAS MET BY JESSIE. JESSIE WAS VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE HARLEY BIKES. SHE LED ME AROUND THE STORE AND INTRODUCED ME TO EVERYONE. I TOOK A FEW TEST RIDES WITH KEN & JARROD. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT THE ROUTES THAT WE WOULD BE TAKING AND ABOUT THE BIKES THAT I RODE.I RODE THE LOW RIDER ST AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS MONSTER. JESSIE, BILLY AND I TALKED ABOUT THIS BIKE AND STARTED PAPER WORK. BILLY WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL THE INS AND OUT OF THE PAPERWORK.ONCE THE SALE WAS DONE I MOVED TO MOTOR CLOTHES WHERE I MET VAL AND JAYME. THEY HELPED ME GET EVERYTHIN THAT I NEEDED. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND AGAIN KNOWLEDGABLE ON THE PRODUCTS. I THEN MOVED TO PARTS WHERE BERT WAS A VERY BIG HELP ON GETTING THE BIKE SET UP TO MY NEED AND SPECS. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME. I GOT WITH JOHNNY WHO GUIDED ME THROUGH THE SERVICE SIDE OF MY PURCHASE. HE TOO WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME .WHEN I WENT TO DO THE PAPERWORK IS WHEN BEAUX CAME INTO THE PICTURE. HE HELPED ME TO GET EVERYTHING I NEEDED. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. THIS IS USUALLY THE WORST PART FOR ME BUT BEAUX IS VERY MUCH ON HIS GAME AND IT WAS OVER BEFORE I KNEW IT. I WAS NOW A HARLEY OWNER AND PART OF THE FAMILY. I WILL DEFINITELY DO MORE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE WITH THE MIKE BRUNO'S FREEDOM HARLEY DAVISON FAMILY. WHILE I WAS GETTING THE SUSPENSION EXPLAINED TO ME BY JOHNNY BRIAN THE GSM CAME OVER TO GIVE ME SOME TIPS ON THE BAGS. HE WAS VERY THOUROUGH. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GET YOU HARLEY AND ALL PARTS, SERVICES, AS WELL AS ANY CLOTHES, HELEMETS, etc. SO THANKS TO THE WHOLE CREW . Purchasing my dream bike at Freedom Harley-Davidson was an absolute pleasure! I had spoke to Dale and Billy on the phone before I got there and when I arrived Jessie knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to answer any questions I had. My friend and I went on a test ride with Jared who was great! When we got back Jessie gave me a full tour of the dealership. When talking price and financing there there was no pressure Jessie and Bille got me set up. Even though it was after closing time, staff from each department stayed late to help me with any questions I had. Finally Beaux made signing paperwork and buying a warranty a breeze.
